Benidorm isn't very vegan

I was looking forward to visiting after the reviews I read online but I may as well of stayed at the hotel and had rice and chips because that was the only 100% vegan options they could clarify

No tiene opciones

Fuimos a este sitio esperando encontrar un chino con mas opciones de lo habitual, y nos encontramos lo contrario. Si eres vegetariano hay mas, pero vegano comi una ensalada (lechuga y maiz), tambien habia sopa, y de segundo solo verduras salteadas, que no estaban muy alli. Cuando llegamos nos dijo la mujer el que rollito no tenia huevo, y luego el que nos tomo nora nos dijo que si. Y la mujer vino y nos dijo: “pero tiene muy poco”. Sali con hambre y super decepcionada.

Chinese restaurant, helpful owner and food very good value

The only good place I found to eat in whole of benidorn centre. The set menu offers 3 courses with half a bottle of red wine for 7 euros. There are vegetarian options on the menu but you need to talk to Yun the owner for vegan dishes. I had a salad for starter, quite a plain dish but I livened it up with the chilli and maggis sauce that are on the table. Stir fried vegetables with rice for the main course, absolutely delicious. Ice cream was the 3rd course but I didn't ask for an alternative as the portions are generous so I couldn't eat any more. Incredible value to get a meal plus half a bottle of wine for 7 euro. On my next visit Yun asked the chef to make a dairy free curry sauce to go with the stir fry. Benidorm is not geared up for vegan customers so was so good to get a freshly cooked meal at a bargain price. Yun was so helpful and knowledgable as to the ingredients in the dishes.

Cons: No marked vegan options on the menu
