Cheap Chinese Takeout - Edit
I asked the manager what vegan options they have and she told me that the bean curd with veggies, veggies with garlic sauce, veggie lo mein, and egg rolls were vegan by default. She also offered to make fried rice with no eggs. We ordered the bean curd, lo mein, and egg rolls. The food was in line with quintessential Chinese takeout quality. Good in a pinch in a town with very few options.
