We order food regularly

I live in New Lebanon, and I find the food at China City delicious. I’ve asked for vegan food and never had a problem. I appreciate the availability of good fresh food in our tiny town.

Pros: Vegan on request, Delicious, Inexpensive

Cons: Only vegan protein is bean curd

Order very carefully!!

Yes, they have some veggie items on their menu, like almost all Chinese places. However, the philosophy of this restaurant is "Chicken stock makes everything taste better." If you are desperate for food while passing through this one traffic light town, specify that you do not want your dish made with chicken stock.

Pros: None that I can think of...

Cons: Chicken stock in practically everything., Worse than average Chinese food., Not the cleanest place I've seen...
