Lovely venue - Edit
Lovely place overlooking Puerto Montt. They can veganise dishes but best to call ahead and let them know. Owning couple are lovely and will give great suggestions on wines etc.

I called ahead to make sure there would be vegan options as the menu changes frequently. They had multiple options on a very small menu, everything was very fresh and creative. My bad Spanish did the trick and the chef and waitstaff were very kind and gracious hosts.
