Hay un par de opciones veganas, en las que puedes acompañar tus chilaquiles con verduras o milanesas veganas. También llevan queso y crema vegano, y tofu; pero nada destacable con relación al sabor 🙄

En cuanto a la zona, me gusta mucho. Hay muchos restaurantitos a la redonda y es muy tranquilo 📍😊❤️👌🏻

Better Chilaquiles Elsewhere - Edit
There are much better chilaquiles at many other places. I ordered the verde sauce and it was just ok. I asked for an egg on top, and that ruined the dish because it tasted like it was fried on the same griddle with meats. (My bad. Didnt think that one through.) Hubby ordered the chipotle sauce with the soy/wheat/mushroom faux meat. This dish was fine but unremarkable. Both plates came with a small portion of beans. More would have been better. We got a fruit/green veggie juice that was good.
