The vegetarian and vegan options were clearly
Read moremarked on the menu. The food was delicious. Their refried beans do not include lard. They had a lot of vegetables in the vege enchiladas and burritos. They have whole pinto and black beans. They accommodated our request for low oil.
Pros: Generous portions & great service, Clearly marked vege options, Reasonable prices

I was traveling through Winnemucca and didn't expect to find a restaurant with a vegetarian section on the menu but there it was at Chihuahua's! I had the veg burrito and it was large and really delicious! I have a sensitivity to onions and garlic and the kitchen and Sylvia, our waitperson, were both really helpful in making substitutions in order to minimize the amount in my food. There were 11 different vegetables in the burrito so that I ate the rainbow. I'll stop here again the next time I drive through Winnemucca!

Large Portions - Edit
Good food, large portions, easily vegan. Per our server all the veggie menu which lists some dairy now comes without dairy unless specifically asked for. Everything came out well and quick.

Good Burrito Bad Service - Edit
The server was borderline rude, the margaritas (house and chihuahua) were mediocre. The burrito, however, was tasty. Expensive for a place like that, but filled with vegetables.

Very delicious veggie/vegan burrito with other available options. Excellent parking off the highway. We really enjoyed this place with patio seating and good margaritas.

It’s a long drive thru Nevada and for a longtime I’ve looked for vegetarian / vegan option restaurant. They do have some dedicated items on the menu. I got the enchiladas (requested vegan) Food was ok, atmosphere was nice, service was good, and margarita was fantastic
