inconsistent

Have had one or two delightful experiences at this restaurant but just as many disappointing ones. Having booked weeks in advance we arrived to celebrate a friends birthday to find it closed. No phone call, no apology and no explanation note on the door. On the occasions we have managed to get through the front door the food was delicious and the service good.

Pros: large portions, good choice of drinks

Cons: required to pay in cash, likely to be closed even when you've booked!
