One of the standout features of Chicory Blue is its impressive selection of locally sourced produce. The store proudly showcases fresh fruits and vegetables from farms around the province, ensuring that customers have access to the best and freshest ingredients. It's a wonderful place to support local agriculture and enjoy the flavors of Nova Scotia.
In addition to its produce, the store's bakery section never disappoints. It offers a variety of delicious vegan and gluten free treats, baked fresh in house.

Nice store, excellent catering - Edit

I was originally introduced to Chicory Blue through their catering at the Sustainability Summit and I was highly impressed with not only the mass majority of it being vegan but also healthy and delicious! Their focaccia was out of this world delicious! I loved the falafel wrap as well.
I decided I needed to check out their storefront when I visited Mahone Bay yesterday and it’s such a gorgeous spot. It looks like an old timey general store. They sell coffee drinks and have a couple vegan energy balls. The store itself carries local produce and grocery staples.
