Not the best option in town - Edit
Don’t trust the V! Ask before ordering! V might just mean vegetarian. Not all ingredients listed (like egg and cheese) the vegetable Kimbap is vegan though even though it doesn’t have a V.

The menu clearly labels vegan options. Some of the items are mislabeled but the waiters are super friendly and can help you choose what to pick.

I had been at this location 6 months ago and The menu seems to have been updated since then.
In Bishkek this is the place where I can most easily find something tasty to eat without having to worry about getting animal products.
Pros: Some vegan options , Tasty, Menu in english and Russian
Cons: Some items are mislabeled
