Great find in Brainerd

I was shocked when my partner told me they were bringing me food from a place called Chick N Rice but was pleasantly surprised!

Chick N Rice has some vegan sides and a couple of wraps and a few salads that can be prepared vegan. The wraps and salads that can be prepared vegan are marked on the menu with a V. Sides aren't marked but staff is knowledgeable about which sides are vegan.

My partner brought me back a green wrap prepared vegan and a side of plantains. The wrap was fresh and tasty and the plantains were so good! Also liked the sweet potato fries.

Vegan options are slim up in the Brainerd and Baxter area so this place is a great find.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about veganism.

Pros: Good food, Friendly and helpful staff, Giant cooler full of imported beverages.

Cons: Would love an add tofu option to the wraps/salads
