Superleckere Bagels - Edit
Die Bagels bei werden gesteamt und sind deshalb sehr soft, was ich super finde. Es gibt einen sehr leckeren veganen Bagel mit hausgemachtem Paprika-Cashew-Aufstrich. Zum Teil können auch andere Bagels veganisiert werden, allerdings gibt es dafür einen ordentlichen Aufpreis, was ich schade finde.

Ausgezeichneter Bagel! - Edit
Der vegane Bagel mit hausgemachtem Paprika-Cashew-Aufstrich, Tomate, Gurke, Rucola, Avocado, Zwiebeln und Ahornsirup war sehr lecker. Vor allem der Aufstrich hat mich sehr überzeugt!

I ate there on a one day trip to Hildesheim and i was pretty exited about the tasty bagel and the vegan icecream. I tried the „Mrs Vegan Cashew“, a vegan bagel with pepper-cashew-cream and vegetables, which was very nice. Also all the bagel buns served are vegan, so you have six options for your bagel. They also have a big variety of vegan icecream, which was also really nice.
