Amazing food, wonderful owner - Edit
Had a great vegan ramen and karaage cauliflower here. The owner was happy to point out the vegan options (which also included a tofu katsu dish) and explained that she used to be vegetarian so she understands the importance of a good vegan option (and these options were excellent!). My partner is not vegan so was happy too. Maybe one of the better vegan ramens I’ve had outside of Japan!

Fresh soba - Edit
So sorry I didn’t take a photo, my veggie ramen was gorgeous. They just got a new pasta roller and we watched them make the soba fresh to order. Make sure you ask for no egg in your veggie ramen for vegan.

Lively ramen restaurant with vegan options - Edit
Had the vegan ramen and onigiris. Both were good, although the portions were a little small.
