Would give five stars if I could! - Edit
Was not expecting to find the best vegan Vietnamese food I’ve ever had in the middle of Emporia, KS, but that’s what happened. This place was delicious and the waitstaff was lovely. Highly recommend.

Definitely recommend Chi Em Eats for anyone in Emporia looking for vegan/vegetarian options. Came into the town not expecting much but this place has flavorful vegan choices. Huge fan of their vegan cupcake. The waitress also double checked with the cooks to make sure what we ate was vegan.

Great vegan options in small town Kansas - Edit
Really cute place, friendly service, delicious food. I had the vegetable dumplings and the tofu bun with peanut sauce and they were fantastic. I didn't have high hopes driving through Kansas but I was happy to be proven wrong.

Good option for fresh tasting vegan food! - Edit
The server was super helpful and knowledgable in identifying the vegan dishes. I had Goi Cuon which was fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend this place if your in town.
