Le bo bun tofu est végé et vegan si vous nous précisez que vous le souhaitez avec de la sauce soja plutôt qu avec de la sauce nuoc mam. Le banh mi tofu est vege mais vegan uniquement sans la mayonnaise hoi sin. Les perles de tapioca sont vegan et les financiers végétariens.
