Good vegan options, great concept!

A shop and canteen full of homemade fermented products, from cabbage, beets and other veg to water kefir, kombucha and natural wine. The vegan main was sold out but I had 2 starters: an Asian-inspired salad and a selection of their fermented veg. Super friendly staff.
