Menu vegan et bio - Edit
Menu complet possible avec gaspacho ou salade en entrée, curry végétarien et vegan (très bon !) et dessert glace vegan (C'était sorbet citron aujourd'hui, je ne sais si ça change).

3 course menu - Edit
The 3 course menu was reasonably priced - €24. We had a gazpacho or salad starter and vegan curry. The curry was very tasty and had an authentic taste. For dessert there was sorbet but it would have been nice to see a baked dessert as is offered on the meat/non vegan menu. Stunning setting right next to the amphitheater. The owners were super friendly and we spoke at length about our hometown with them, as they were planning a visit. Felt very welcoming and had a lovely atmosphere.

Best location - Edit
Really nice location, especially if you’re sitting outside. They have one vegan dish of i’m right, but you can order it separate or in a menu where you also get a salad and a dessert. I only got the curry which was nice but there wasn’t any protein source and a bit too much rice. Also, the vegan and vegetarian curry are the same which was when they gave it a bit of a “uhm you sure it is vegan” moment😉The curry which was claimed to be Indian wasn’t spicy at all, but they gave a spicy saucy thing. Really nice staff too! But great to have a vegan dinner option in Arles😄

My daughter and i had the vegan curry, the portions are sufficient. We had a great meal and great service from nice people. If we could have given a 5 star rating, we would.😄Very cosy environment and a great view on the amphitheatre.

Portions généreuses mais.... - Edit

Amazing cafe, great food, beautiful view - Edit
This cafe was a must-visit when I went to Arles. Positioned directly next to the ancient roman arena, the whole area is very picturesque, and is a lovely place to sit on a Summer day. The owners were all incredibly kind and friendly. I enjoyed chatting with them very much. The service was excellent, as was the food: full of flavour and affordable. They cater for omni, veg, vegan and gluten-free. All-round great experience.

very disapointed - Edit
We came at "chez Felix" because they have several vegan options and throught it was safe place. They have a little room, so few custumers at one time, and so few risk of switching dishes. However, and despite we clearely explained the waitress we were Vegan and that at that time they had only 3 tables to serve, they managed to switch my Vegan curry with a Chicken-Curry; and as the flesh is under the curry I ended with some chicken in my mouth and stomac (the vegetables and spices did not let me understood what I was eating at the first bite). They quickly changed it for a vegan curry when I told. At the moment we had to pay I gently asked if they agree to make a commercial gesture following this disgusting moment. We proposed he offer only the drinks: a sparkling water and an Ice Tea; we could have asked for more. The Chef did not want to, telling they NEVER do such commercial gestures, and asked why he should do this, he even told me "OK but you did not eat it" with a maner very disrespectfull... in fact, Yes I did eat chicken flesh. He finally agreed to "offer" the sparkling water...
Read moreThe vegan salad is very simple: carrots, red-cabbadge, letuce. No Corn, no Beans, no tomatoes...
For desserts, they have 2 vegan option in the menu: Some IceCream and fruit-salad. But they did not have some because "not in season"... The IceCream was certainly some industrial factory (so no season for this product) and fruits can be found in any season, so we where disappointed by this too.
Pros: Vegan options
Cons: The chef is NOT so friendly, Risk of finding chicken in your vegan-curry

Super food. Clear separate Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten free menu sections. - Edit
The food is great. 5 stars. Right next to the Arles arena. Best Vegan food I had to date in France. Biologically sustainable. Very friendly service. If you want to be sure of a place outside, overlooking the arena best call ahead and reserve a place outside. When you are in Arles, look no further, just eat here!

Happy vegans in Arles - Edit
We ate at Chez Felix a few weeks ago. When we entered, we asked the chef if they had some ‘végétalien’ dishes. He enthousiasticly answered that the soup was vegan and also the vegetarien curry wok. To be certain, we asked if it was without dairy and/or eggs – everything was okay! Glad we found some vegan food, sat down on the terras, next to an old Roman Arena. The soup was pumpkin soup, which was good, but we did add some extra pepper. The wok was spinach and lentils in a coco-curry sauce with some rice. The flavor was really good, we enjoyed our meal and were happy with a nice dinner, lovely temperature and the typical France view. The service was absolutely great, the waitress didn’t speak a lot of English but did the best she could (and we are lucky to know some French). If you are ever in Arles, don’t hesitate to check out Chez Felix, there’s probably gonna be at least one vegan dish on his menu.

Veggie-friendly resto in Provance - Edit
It is really hard to find a veggie resto in Provance so this was a treat for us even though it just offers a few vegetarian options. I had a lovely carrot soup and a gnocchi with pesto. Gnocchi were a bit hard and dry but still I enjoyed the meal. It is located just beside the Arena so it is easily found and is of simple but truly comfortable interior. I loved the fact that the food was prepared on the spot and that you could actually see and enjoy the process. The staff was extremely friendly.

Fresh, hospitable, entire vegetarian menu! - Edit
It's very difficult to find veg-friendly restaurants in France, but we were delighted to find this organic haven in tiny Arles! The location is beautiful, with a perfect view of the Roman amphitheatre. Unlike most every other French restaurant, they offer a separate vegetarian menu with several formulas consisting of the soup/salad of the day (our options were a lovely pumpkin soup or a fresh green salad with beets, apples, carrots, and cucumber), tarte of the day (eggplant/courgette quiche), and dessert if you so choose. While the menu is small - about 5 different options - it is quite creative, spanning French, Italian, Indian, and Chinese cuisines when we went. The ambiance is friendly and cute, but not too touristy, and the prices are reasonable. Portion sizes are average for France. Highly, highly recommend for disgruntled vegetarians (and probably vegans) in France!
