Pretty good but wish there were more options…

So Chevy’s salsa and chips just make me happy. The table side guacamole is also very good but be sure to request them to leave off the cojita cheese. I ordered the veggie fajitas and found out the black beans were vegan but the rice was only vegetarian since it had butter on it. Also, the corn tortillas were the safest option for the fajitas. The staff was pretty hip on vegan options. This location is awesome because it’s on the river so I recommend opting for outdoor seating if the weather is nice.

Chevys is awesome!

Chevys atmosphere was amazing! They were super accommodating to make sure everything I had was Vegan, my salad & veggie burrito were to die for, I would come back here every day if I lived closer. Egan & Breanna were wonderful hosts, and Jaidyn was a wonderful server!

Pros: Veggie burrito , Tostada salad

Cons: Music repeats pretty quickly

Only if you must

Stopped in with a small group for a HH margarita after completing a training in the area.

Vegan options are extremely limited. $13 guacamole was overrated and you have to specify no cheese.
Rice and flour tortillas are a NO (dairy), so you're limited to overpriced veggie fajitas with black beans and corn tortillas only. It's a major bummer this chain restaurant still doesn't have a decent vegan option.

I wouldn't go out of my way to return, but if I had to come back I would stick to margaritas and chips & salsa.

Pros: Margaritas, Chips & Salsa

Cons: Overpriced, No vegan rice, no vegan flour tortillas, Extremely limited vegan options
