They have a clearly labeled vegan menu section. I ordered from there and was given sour cream and cheese and a different rice that may or may not have been vegan. We also ordered their table side guac, they asked if we cared if it was made tableside, I said no. Well apparently this means you get a bowl of brown guac from the fridge that looked and tasted at least 2 days old. The parts of the food I ate were gross. The restaurant itself was gross. The waiter was gross and unprofessional. We could not wait to leave. I gag just thinking about it.
So many yummy vegan choices (chimichangas, enchiladas, fajitas and more) with amazing views of the Rockies. I had horchata, chimichanga and table side guac. So good!!!
