Food cart parked outside of Lowe Mill Arts and Entertainment. Serves vegetarian food and can make most things vegan by leaving off the cheese and/or the mayo. Has fruit smoothies. The portabello steak and mushroom sandwich is a popular item. Ask Will about other locations & times. Open Tue-Sat 12:00pm-6:00pm.

Chef Will's food is amazing. We tried the black bean tacos and the portobello and quinoa entrees. The total cost was $17, but the food was higher quality than I've had at "fancy" vegan restaurants. Chef Will customizes to your preferences. If you are passing through Huntsville you have to stop by to try this food!

If you're ever in the area I definitely recommend visiting Chef Will's food truck! It is SO good some of the best vegan food I've had yet. I have eaten there multiple times and have never been dissatisfied with a meal. I live an hour away and happily travel the distance to get some yummy grub!
Pros: Awesome friendly staff, Awesome food
Cons: Sometimes it can take a while to get your food
