Good Spot for Vegan Chinese 👍 - Edit
We arrived right when they opened, and it got busy very quickly! The service was excellent, and the food was good overall—nothing outstanding, but definitely worth trying. The salt and pepper tofu could have used more seasoning, while the roti had an unexpected Indian-inspired flavor that was different but enjoyable. A solid spot if you’re craving vegan Chinese food!

When I found out there was Chef Kenny’s Vegan Dim Sum I knew where I wanted to eat and it did not disappoint. Every dish was tasty and reminded me of the nonvegan versions that I grew up on. The two people who are not vegan that joined me hadn’t had dim sum before and loved it and asked me if I thought they would even like non vegan dim sum after enjoying these dishes. I recommend to all and it has been added to my list of places to go to when I’m in Vegas.

Great place for vegan Chinese (and some other Asian) food with creative menu - Edit
I only go to Las Vegas if I'm driving through to head to other areas in the western US, but I find it's worth the few miles off I-15 to eat at this restaurant. They have a large menu with a lot of fun to eat items (I love their jackfruit roll--which uses sweet ripe jackfruit). They have lunch specials which are quite affordable, which include soup. Many of the items on the menu were Chinese, but they do venture a bit beyond with things like sushi and rotis. It's a bit of a dark place, but that's probably be design to keep it cool during the very hot summers. It would be nice if they could open up a branch in San Diego, though I read they had a branch in Houston, but only for 5 years, so I guess they're just focusing on Las Vegas.

Definitely the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to, Even before I went vegan. Crab Rangoons are delectable and the lo mein has theeee perfect flavor. Orange "chicken" is delicious but not as good the next day so make sure you finish it all right away!

This unassuming little place lived up to what others have reviewed. I wanted to try more than what my stomach would allow, so I'll just have to come back again! I asked the very nice server what she'd recommend, and she gave some great suggestions. In order of what I liked most, I had the BBQ pork buns, unagi nigiri, mushroom tofu rolls, veggie soup, and shrimp dumplings.

My 13 year old and I decided to have an adventure for dinner. He’s an omnivore, but is supportive of my veganism. We both enjoyed our dim sum and sushi rolls so much. Everything was carefully made and so flavorful. Quite possibly the best I’ve ever had.

We tried the cream cheese wontons (yum though a little sickly after half a dozen), and the lunch specials, which came with a soup. I tried the fish and tofu stir fry - really good. The staff were nice, all the food was delicious and the little guava lollies at the end when we paid were a nice touch.

I was so excited to try this place I drove straight there after landing at 9 AM from NYC. There were about 8 people waiting outside - all Asian - a good sign!

Tom yum soup had nice flavor but not complex like Thai soups would be
The shu mai and lantern dumplings tasted kinda doughy, thick and possibly understeamed
The tofu and veggie sizzler platter was bland! Like they forgot to season it.
Everyone was very nice, service was fast, and it was AWESOME to have all the options but i think I’m spoiled having had tastier food.
I’m so sorry, if i give it another try on this trip ill update the review!

Tried Chef Kenny’s for the first time and loved it! Faux meats were perfect (some maybe too perfect?). Just like our old meat eating days at a Chinese restaurant. The crispy beef was our favorite. Kung pao chicken was great. We liked the spicy pad Thai, although I wouldn’t consider it spicy. And not fond of the shrimp in the pad Thai. Too much like shrimp I guess.

I was really excited to try this place after all the reviews and hype but honestly it was overall disappointing. The food lacked flavor and the service was less than stellar. A lot of the dishes also don’t come with tofu and to add it would be an additional $10. Overall would not return here again

This is the best vegan Chinese food in the USA.. had the pork dumplings, shrimp dumplings, wontons, and the crispy beef meal. Anyone that rated Chef Kenny less than 5 stars must have got dropped on their head as a child. I brought my entire non vegan carnist family here and they raved about it for months.

This was one of the most delicious fully vegan restaurants I have ever been to. They have all of the typical Chinese entrees and appetizers dim sum and sushi (and more than just your standard avocado roll). I will absolutely return and could not recommend this place more highly to anyone vegan or non-vegan. I went with my non-vegan best friend and he was also very impressed with the food!
