I'm a Living in a Box - Edit
It's amazing what an impromptu walk through Leeds outdoor market brings. This fabulous little trailer is packed with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influenced vegetarian and vegan delights. The salad bar is impressively bustling with sun dried tomatoes, olives, chick peas and other freshly prepared items. Delicious falafel is prepared whilst you wait served in a pitta bread with your choice of salad. Just ask the staff what's vegan, they are more than happy to adapt or recommend. I know Leeds market isn't perhaps the most glamorous location but Chef in a Box is a good reason to make a beeline..
