Found! Great vegetarian on road trip to FL - Edit
So glad Happy Cow helped us find this restaurant! Don't let the regular menu scare you, they have entire vegetarian menu with numerous vegan choices. The Poboy and grilled portobello were delicious! The experience was well worth the 10 minute diversion off hey 95!
