Veggie scramble

Having just located here to Clermont, I’m on the lookout for good plant-based food. I had the veggie scramble at cheesers Café today and it did not disappoint me. It was the most expensive thing on the whole menu even more expensive than seafood, but it was tasty and I ate it all. There was just egg scramble with mushrooms and spinach with some beyond sausage cooked in with some delicious wheatberry toast and some potatoes. 16 bucks good I’m not sure but it was good nonetheless. I would love it if they whipped up some plant based hollandaise sauce so that we could have some of those Benny’s on the list.
