One of the tastiest things I’ve ever eaten! - Edit
We ordered the medium-sized Lau Thai and the spring rolls - that was plenty for 2 very hungry people. There were various different sausage-like vegan meats in the noodle soup plus some tofu and plenty of veggies.

The main menu is a choice of 4 different hotpot/noodle soup type dishes. There is also a box on the back of the menu with what might be build-your-own or just optional extras.
The menu is in Vietnamese and staff don’t speak English but they’re patient and super friendly. We didn’t notice we’d forgotten something but the owner ran down the street after us to return it!
Pros: Delicious and filling, Lots of vegan protein, Friendly, helpful staff
