Very Few Options - Edit
This resort is over-the-top amazing, beautiful, service-oriented. That said, the offerings at this restaurant, and the other one in the resort, are lacking. VERY few choices, and the chef was unwilling to make substitutions or accommodate us in any way that was not already on the menu. We very much wanted to eat dinners at the resort, but after the second night realized we had to go out. The very expensive (rooms start at $600+/night) resort bills itself as a wellness center, yet 95% of its menu involves dead animals and/or dairy. It's hard to understand. I had what may have been the worst veggie burger ever -- a dried out black bean disc (think hockey puck) -- on a bed of lettuce for $32. At the very least, they should hire a vegan chef to come teach their current chef a few things about plant-based cooking. We wanted so much to love this place, and were sorely disappointed.

Almost no options, December 2019 - Edit
Based on reviews we had a reservation here, looked at the menu a few hours beforehand and realized there was nothing but one or two sides. I asked if they could make any dishes vegan and the hostess went and asked the chef whose answer was: Scallops and Heirloom Squash without the scallops. This is not even veg-friendly by any stretch of the word. Skip.

Delicious, wonderful experience - Edit
We had an incredible dinner here! While there are only a handful of vegan options printed on the menu (clearly marked!), our server Robert was extremely knowledgeable. He guided me around the menu, listened to what sounded good to me, and then basically created an off-menu entree for me! One of the chefs is vegan, so Robert just told them what I was going for (squash & potatoes, based on two of the vegan-listed sides), and let the chef work his marvelous vegetable magic. It was exceptional in taste and in experience! One tip: I recommend indicating your diet preference when you make your reservation! We didn’t do that, and they were still phenomenal and accommodating, but we learned that they do note allergies and diet preferences on reservations so they can prepare ahead of time.

Haute Cuisine Vegan - Edit
Beautiful ambiance with fantastic vegan options. Waiter was very tuned in to what was and was not vegan. The vegan dishes were very tasty. We will definitely be going back.
