Vegetarian Next to Yoga - Edit
This is a vegetarian cafe but they can assist you in vegan food. They made soya milk masala chai when asked for it. Had a wrap. Nice place. They have yoga classes in same building.

Disappointing - Edit
The server was mindful to ask if I was OK with onion and garlic, but when I said "that's fine, just no milk.." he seemed eager to avoid/ignore the topic and turned away before I could elaborate. This happened twice. He nodded briskly both times so I assumed he understood my request. The dish he brought (a mixed veg saag) was topped with a white creamy liquid, but I decided to ignore my suspicions and eat quietly. I couldn't finish it, however, because it tasted very greasy and buttery (probably how it was meant to be, but not what I was used to), and I was increasingly suspicious that it contained a significant amount of ghee (clarified butter). As I paid for my meal, I asked the server (now cashier) again if there was any milk, butter or ghee (this time he couldn't leave before I finished my sentence!) in the saag, and he shook his head no. I asked again, "No? No ghee?" and finally he mumbled, hesitantly, something about a bit of ghee and a dollop or something. I felt myself getting angry so I quickly left.

Thanks for this honest review. They invited me last year to visit their cafe via FB but when I asked this "Can you make vegan food? I don't eat milk, yoghurt, eggs, butter, ghee" there was no response from them after that... I've passed by the area a few times but haven't tried it yet...

Feels like home... - Edit
Really hard to find Indian food abroad that tastes like what they get in England. But the curries at chayo are really deep and rich with delicious sides. The best thing to get is obviously the buffet. They include breads and sides (unlike other establishments) and some of these are delicious. They replenish the buffet items regularly, too.
