Great Vegan Vietnamese - Edit
A fantastic place to go for an almost entirely vegan menu with many delicious options. My dish was great with a good variety of nice mushrooms and lots of perfectly cooked veggies and well balanced sauce. For dessert I tried the fried banana (there's a vegan and a vegetarian version, the vegan at a slightly higher price), overall very good but fried rice skin felt a bit lacking.

Except for a very few dishes, the restaurant is completely vegan. In contrast to many other vegan restaurants in Berlin, this one is not that expensive and still the food tastes pretty good.

Chay Village is pretty much my favorite restaurant in Berlin. There are so many creative options, all of them are served beautifully, service is quick, it's laid-back, they have vegan lassis. The food feels really healthy (besides this one appetizer, the pancakes with mushrooms - oily af)

Read moreChay Village not only offers a wide selection of delicious, vegetarian and vegan (most is vegan, and the rest is "veganisable") food, which gives you a immediate feeling of "option overload". The food is also sublime! And not only that: the staff is very nice.
As I say in my profile, I only gives 5 stars to sublime vegan food. But Chay Village is sublime!
This is what I got: two summer rolls for a starter, a pho soup, two vegan lassis (they have 5 different variants!) and a dessert. And I pay 19,50 € for it (and gave some extra in tips, they really deserve that!). And as I said: all of it was delicious! My friends choose some other dishes, and they say the same: delicious and good food.
The only minor minus is that they charge 2 € for 0,25 l still water. Tap water would be preferable, I think. Also for the enviroment.
But don't let that hold you back. Chay Village is worth several visits!
Please be aware that the place is very popular. So it's highly recommendable to order table, especially if you eat there Friday og Saturday evening.

Super cute and relaxed spot (even though all seats were full!). The food was nice (though not the best we tried, it could've been a bit more flavourful!), especially the spring rolls were really good. And it's cheap too, totally worth it! We enjoyed our time here😄

Found a nice place outside to enjoy the food. Service was fast and the food good, but a bit bland. Could have used a bit more spice. The menu is vegetarian with a lot of vegan options. The personnel was friendly but seemed a bit hurried.
