Faded and old but tasty! - Edit
Great little local Vietnamese vegan restaurant. Run by a friendly Buddhist lady. She can't speak English and her menu is in Vietnamese only. She has a limited com chay selection. Just point to what you want from the pre cooked foods, if you can not speak or read Vietnamese. Her old signs say 10k. I paid a fair price of 20k. No problem. I've seen my fair share of old worn out and faded signage here in Saigon. Plenty of seating inside. She sells some vegan products too.
