Fab, but service could have been better - Edit
We had very nice meals here and it's a lovely restaurant but the service was a bit lacking. No initiative to offer us more drinks or dessert so we had to go to the bar and ask after waiting for ages.

The food is always amazing, you can’t get food like this anywhere else. I’ve taken lots of friends (including meet eaters) here and all of them are blown away! Also the mango milkshake is to die for!!!

My partner and I went in here for lunch. The staff were brilliant, talking us through the menu as neither of us spoke Swedish. Then waiting patiently for us to make up our minds. We ordered the ramen and the dumpling soup and they were brilliant. With tea and coffee offered after as well I couldn’t have basked for more.

When paying the bill the staff members were giving us hints and tips on where to go and what to see as we were visiting for only a short time.

This was just perfect!! Location very central, close to the station. Cozy inside with some christmas music in the background. The waiter, he was very patient with us whom were having huge indecisiveness! 😆 But he answered all our questions, explained dishes in texture even and recommended aah and also overall happy, caring and just really great. We got the tofu w cashews (51) , caril (spicy one), dumplings and got to try the spring rolls. Afterwards tried the coconout dreams ice cream. It was just amazing. Everything. Will definitely come back in the future. Good prices too, a lot of food and good quality. Also everything vegan - a paradise on earth. Cannot recommend this enough. (: #Veganuary

Every dish was just tasteful and rich in flavours. Travelled 1,5 hour to visit the restaurant and I could do that again.

Really good food and much for the money, tasty and much flavors. you can order online or there. Cant find anything bad absolut the Place. Its in center and only 125kr for lunch and they you get water & coffe to. I ordered ’Bun Sa Ot’.

We ordered the 4 course for two ppl “risplatta 2“ for SEK 400. We were not disappointed. A lovely mix of flavours, texture, and presentation was top. Staff very friendly. Do visit!

It is a fantastic place! The waiter was really nice and the food was really really good! We made the mistake of only ordering 1 Bao, you have to have one for yourself, so delicious! Thx for the experience, we'll be back!

Chay was great find in Helsinborg, situated near to train station. I arrived hungry så ordered first dish name I spotted in menu. Wasn’t disappointed 😀 It turned out to be delicious spicey red curry. Already thinking about re-visiting this place.

Very open, a lot of tables and A LOT of options. The food was amazing, well balanced and big portions. I had udon nudles (43 on the menu) and it was great. They were out of desserts because they're changing their menu.

Affordable colorful lunch - Edit
Restaurant Chay is fully vegan and specializes in Vietnamese cuisine. On weekdays, there are 3 menu items available for lunch. Depending on the week of the day, you have a different choice of dishes. For 125 SEK, you can get one meal, water and coffee/tea. For dinner and on weekends, you can order from the regular menu.

The day we ate here, there was a problem with one of the dishes we had ordered. After I told staff about it, they first tried to talk us into believing that it was supposed to taste like it did. After a while, they turned up with a freshly cooked dish instead, which tasted 100% better than the first dish.
Other than that, the rest of the dishes tasted either good or okay.
I was surprised by the low prices and the colorful and flavorful food.
The restaurant is large and has seating indoors as well as outdoors. It is colorfully decorated with an Asian-style interior to create an exotic flair. The restaurant is located on the plaza Sundstorget and you can look at the surroudings if you sit outdoors.
Pros: Taste ok, Friendly prices for lunch, Exotic atmosphere
Cons: 1 dish was bad, which they didn't admit at first
