According to the employee everything is vegan! There is a foodstall infront of a restaurant. The foodstall has vegan takeaway. It's very cheap and has amazing vietnames food. Reported 2016, all sauces contain fish stock. Open Mon-Sat 7:00am-11:00pm.

Cool streetside location, good noodles - Edit
Tasty and healthy food at a good price. You can sit in the café just behind this little veggie street car and enjoy the food whilst watching Saigon pass by outside.
The menu includes a good range of noodle and rice dishes though not all were available. But the rice noodles I had were very tasty.
