The food is very good and cheap, especially as it’s located in central district 1. There’s a menu as well as the com chay ready cooked food. Some English is spoken. They have proper vegan banh mi not just bread and veg.

I love mock meat so this place was a DREAM. You can either choose a dish, get a rice platter and choose a few or get a Bahn mi. my partner got the platter and I got a Bahn mi... AMAZING and super cheap. 15k vnd for a Bahn mi. i had two. Char siu is crispy and chewy and the coating is sticky and amazing with crusty baguette. Loved it. Place is a bit dirty and the toilets are grim but if you're not precious about that kind of thing this place is well worth a visit.

Came here for lunch and got the buffet - a plate of rice and you choose your own sides. Wasn’t my favourite as the buffet was mostly mock meat and not many vegetable dishes. Was a fairly small serving too, but for 25k it’s a cheap option for the area.

The food here is amazing, one of the best I have eaten in Vietnam: 5 stars! However, some of the staff members are super unfriendly and look like they are annoyed. I went to eat here every day while in Saigon and everyday their face was the same.

Small eatery with local feel. When I went in the evening the family who runs it were inside and their children doing homework at a table. I had the Banh mi and first bite I found a hair. It’s Vietnam, deal with it! I still ate the Banh mi after and it was good. I also had mushroom rice and mango smoothie. Both were tasty but the mango smoothie was so good for the heat! All up was 70,000 dong. Great cheap meal. Recommend!
