Fantastic service above and beyond - Edit
I have eaten here a couple of times. Had the salad which was delicious, the fried rice , also very good and a lovely hot banana cake which was my favourite. The lovely woman serving is so friendly. She went above and beyond and even gave me a lift back to my guesthouse on her electric scooter - now there is service for you !

Delicious food, great vibe, excellent service - Edit
We were so happy to find Lazy Bug on our trip to Cao Bang. The food was delicious (especially the tofu and seitan in everything. I don’t know how they prepare it but it’s some sorcery) and the banana bread for dessert was so yummy. The vibe in the restaurant is peaceful and lovely, and they had Jenga at the tables to play which was a fun addition to our visit. The host is truly the sweetest and most accommodating, and even delivered us food the next day before our long bus back. Thank you so much!

Treasure in Cao Bang - Edit
We loved everything about it! The food is simply outstanding. We had both noodle soup and banana cake for dessert. The restaurant is in the familily home and the meals are cooked by them. Since the mom is Buddhist, the meals are naturally vegan, and full of flavor. Chau (the owner) speaks the best English I've heard in Vietnam and she is who baked the banana cake, which is excellent. We ended up talking for hours with her and we now have a new friend. I can't emphasize enough how great everything there is and we only wish we'd stay more days to repeat again.

Best vibe! - Edit
We came here for dinner and loved it! Really lovely vibe, and food was excellent too - the iced cacao was insane! It’s a bit difficult to find as it’s tucked away down an alley, so look out for the vegan sign on the main road and follow that.

Lazy bug our favourite place - Edit
Our favourite place in cao bang its an amazing family run restraunt. The food was absaloutley incredible. We went back several times and tried everything on the menu, all of which was incredibly tasty, you have to try their banana cake. The restraunt gives off a very cosy vibe where you can chat to new people and Chau who ran the restraunt was extremely friendly and helpful, she knew all the best spots around cao bang and helped us put together a travel plan and if all this wasn't reason enough to go to Lazy Bug there is an adorable dog Deng Deng who greets you when you arrive.
