Only vegan option far and wide, excellent langoš - Edit
In the hearth of the lush nature of the national park Český ráj, which is at the same time an utter vegan desert, lies a small bistro along the frequented trail to Kost castle that will help you drive away the hunger. They serve just the basics: french fries and croquettes. On weekends and sometimes during the week, they make an excellent langoš, a deep-fried dough with garlic paste and ketchup. Ask them to have it without cheese and mayo (in Czech: "bez sýru a tatarky", or to have just ketchup and garlic, in Czech: "jenom s kečupem a česnekem").

The bistro have a plenty of beverages, local draft lemonades and a good beer. Ice creams aren't vegan, though.
Pros: Great langoš, Beautiful spot in the woods, Local draft lemonades
Cons: Only fried vegan options. But at least any, Cash only, Sometimes opens later
