Chang Thai Restaurant

This is a TINY restaurant where they make everything from scratch. Order tea and appetizers and be prepared to wait for your food - they take their time to prepare it. We've eaten here 4 times and had great service each time and delicious, authentic, Thai food. You can also call-ahead for takeout which works better if you are in a hurry. Delish!

Great food! Just ask to make it vegan if it's not already. Family owned and all the dishes are very fresh and tasty. I'm always happy I ate there. :-D

If you feel like the service is slow it's because EVERYTHING is prepared to order, even cutting the veggies. If you're in a rush call ahead.

This restaurant is awesome! Ask them to make vegan accommodations and they will happily do so--everything is made fresh. You can even order vegan fried rice! You won't be disappointed! :)

Very much enjoyed my pad see-ew with soy meat, will definitely come back if I am in Broomfield.

I have to say, the service my friends and I experienced here was so bad, we honestly started looking for hidden cameras, as if we were being punked for a television show or something. The waitress, first, dumped a full tray of water on my two friends I was dining with. One of them was completely soaked. I'll spare you the long story of everything after that and just say that the service was really bad, the food was just ok, and our orders were mixed up and not right.

This restaurant was under veg options but it has a lot of vegan dishes. The owner is vegan and all you have to do is say you want a vegan dish and they will make it for you. Yum.

I went for lunch today and the food is amazing!!! What a treat to have a vegan Thai tea.
It's a quaint restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff is very friendly.
I know that I appreciate when I go out to eat and the restaurant knows what vegan means. It is a relief to know that there won't be anything fishy in my food.

Sometimes you get lucky enough to discover a Thai restaurant where you can just *taste* the love and care that go into the food. Chang Thai is just such a place. Everything I tried, I loved; I just wish I could remember the names of the dishes! They can make any dish with seitan, soy crumbles or tofu. I was surprised at how good the soy crumbles were, prepared Thai-style.

This is a small, charming restaurant and obviously has a personal touch. Prices are quite reasonable and portions are good.

Chang Thai offers a wide variety of dishes that can be made vegan, as well as vegan appetizers and homemade coconut and green tea ice cream (both vegan). The food is great, the service is friendly, the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it!
