Fresh and Delicious

Cute little spot, great for a quick healthy lunch. The food was exceptional and very affordable. I highly recommend the Angle Noodle Salad and the Wedding Day Dip w/ Baguette. The map location here is a little off but Google Maps has it right.

delicious, great

The best veg. meal we had since we are in Cambodia. Very nice location on the N6 (direction airport), a little bit difficult to find. We recommen the Wedding Dip at first. All meals between 5 - 7 Dollars.

Locating it was tough. Just behind Champey restaurant. Good selection of menu. Good staff. Good choice for vegetarians.

delicious!

First day in Siem Reap and was wondering around looking for veggie restaurants as no signal for HappyCow and found this and although wasn’t open the owner let me look at the menu for that evening and was so lovely!
The food was amazing the bread and peanut dipping sauce to start was so good it’s called ‘wedding’ something I forget. They do only give a very small amount of bread then a big bowl of sauce so we started eating the sauce like soup in the end. I had a curry and was yummy great portion tons of rice!
Very busy when we went so you will be waiting a while for food but it’s understandable! Really lovely staff too :)

Delicious and not expensive

In the center of Siem Reap, this little restaurant serves great curries! I also tried springrolls and they were good as well. Service was good and the price was decent, so this would definetly be a place to visit again.

Nice place in the center

We liked this place, only went once but had good drinks and was fun to people watch although a bit noisy because in the center. Actually we went to here just for a drink and a small plate because our friends wanted to try another vegetarian place near to our hostel. The beer here is a bit more expensive but they had nicer dips and small plate and staff happy and friendly.

Pros: People watching, Good location

Cons: Expensive beer, Not as much choices on menu , People asking for money so much

fantastic vego restaurant

I called into Chamkar restaurant for lunch ... I had a really delicious stirring curry and brown rice (US$4.75) ... the quality and quantity of the food was excellent ... really friendly and helpful staff and owner ... staff speak basic English and the owner speaks very good English and understands vegan dietary requirements ... I have updated photos of the menu (slight increase in prices) and some photos to assist in locating the restaurant

Pros: great tasting vegan food

Great traditional Khmer food but for veggies

On side street off pub street. Quite but still some atmosphere. Service was good.
Food lovely. We ordered two Cambodian curries. Both lovely. Came with heaps of rice.
The wedding day dip was delicious! Nice to enjoy large option of traditional food with the knowledge that it is all veggie. Would go again.

Delicious! Highly recommend.

I came here close to closing time and the service was great and the food couldn't have been better! I had the Cambodian curry secrets with complimentary organic rice and it was exactly as described on the menu. Fresh and mouthwatering. I tried the Iced Tamarind juice and it was a perfect compliment to the curry. The menu looks fantastic and they are dedicated to giving you the finest service and food in a small but nicely intimate restaurant. This might be my favorite place in Siem Reap listed on Happy Cow. I can't wait to explore all of the delights on their menu!

Pros: excellent vegan options, great service, fresh ingr

Cons: None

very good

The restaurant is nice but there is not much space. The food though was delicious, the veg spring rolls are awesome and the Cambodian papaya and potato dish is to die for!!! However I wouldn't recommend the Cambodian cake as desert (it's really not a cake but one weird coconut cream with some jelly thing on top). Prices are really reasonable. Awesome experience as a whole

nice little place

We had a couple of meals here and it is worth the visit. Fresh spring rolls are very good for starters and the Amok and Cambodian curry are full of flavour and packed with vegetables. All served with a big bowl of brown rice to share, Good value for money, enough food on the plate, nice central location and decent white wine and cold beer. What more could you want!

Pros: good value, decent menu, central location

Amazing food, cute, central location.

I went here twice during my stay in Siem Reap. It was the best food I ate in Cambodia, which my partner agreed and he is not a vegetarian. We shared the wedding day dip to start which is delicious, highly recommend, it's served with warm fresh bread. I had a curry for my main which was served with a huge bowl of organic brown rice. The staff are friendly and speak great English, the setting is cosy down a little alley way in the heart of the city. No air con so it's hot, I recommend sitting upstairs on the balcony with the fan.

Pros: Vegan is labeled, Centrally located , Excellent staff

Best Cambodian food

I loved this place. I ate alone here the first night and ordered the wedding day dip and a curry. Both were delicious and very good portions. The dip was beautiful - mushroomy, creamy and nutty - I'd never tasted anything quite like it, it's served with a yummy sliced baguette. The curry was also very tasty but I was almost full from the starter so couldn't finish it all.

I went back a few nights later with 4 friends I met in the hostel - all omnivores and everybody loved their food! This time I had the fresh spring rolls and the glory pot. Holy cow! The glory pot is one of the most magical things I've ever tasted. A hot and sour soup, sooo flavourful and well balanced. It's made with morning glory (a typical Asian green) and green papaya chunks. One of those meals you think would cure a multitude of ills. Ah, food!

Pros: Bloody delicious food, Even omnis were satisfied, Lots of choice

good veg affordable food

Location is in the thick of restaurant and bar district. Small probably with about 10 tables, ground level and upstairs. No aircon so it was warm and humid. Not fast food. May take some time for food to come. Good value.

Pros: central location all veg affordable prices range 1

Cons: limited menu, crowded setting small

superb

Had the pumpkin yellow curry that was great. Glass noodles that were pretty good. But the mushroom main way was too salty and had too much basil flavour so be careful .However the mad eggplant lover was DELICIOUS, super smooth, oh my, I still think about it. Service is good, you should go and try :)
Dessert was lovely too!

Pros: Tasty!

good vegetarian Cambodian food

The restaurant is almost vegan and the food is very good, tasty and most dishes are inspired by Khmer food but more creative. The wedding dip, mushrooms and amok were all very well done.
Service could be better. The upstairs sitting area doesn't look that nice
