Best restaurant in the world

It’s in the middle of nowhere but so worth it. Try to book hotel near by if you can. We spent 4 hours and then came back the next day. Every dish was incredible. Especially the cheese fondue!!! And the different pasta kinds. Ask from the nice team members for recommendations.

Pros: Amazing food, Incredible view , Super friendly and helpful team

Everything available in vegan version

Very nice Hotel/Rooms and the food is excellent! You can get almost everything vegan on the menu. Swiss, Italian and Ticininesi specialties like Ossobuco, Risotto, pizzoccheri, Polenta. Even a Fondue. All the desserts are vegan, crema catalana, Panna cotta, Tiramisu etc. For Breakfast (extra costs) you get a "meat&cheese" platter, Croissant, yoghurt and Cappuccino. Friendly staff. We def. come back

Pros: almost everything in vegan version , beautiful surrounding

Cons: tucked away in a side valley

Ossobuco vegano

Blueberry risotto good, ossobuco better, wine per glass very good. Plus we bought a cheese to take away that is smelling very promising.

Excellent vegan menu

We make a point of visiting this restaurant when we can as the food for vegans is excellent (and the drive over the mountain pass is great too!). For a small village the restaurant has a very extensive menu - virtually everything has a vegan option. Their menu improves each time and it is now written in several languages. The waiters speak good English. Their homemade vegan cheese is amongst the best I have tasted. All their desserts are vegan and they have lots of gluten-free options. They also have vegan wines listed. Great restaurant for dogs too...

Pros: Extensive vegan options., Lovely setting, Friendly staff

Cons: Serves meat

Great hotel & restaurant for vegan nature lovers

Small friendly hotel in a pretty remote area in Switzerland with great view and lots of possibliities for hikes, snowshoe-tours, cross country skiing et cetera. We stayed there three nights and had great vegan food every evening, the desserts are excellent, our favorite was the vegan Tiramisú. The waiters are very kind and know exactly which drinks and food are vegan. They have a vegan option for almost every item on the card, even home-made vegan cheese. The breakfast was somewhat basic but good and with vegan options: vegan bread, soy- and almond milk, soy joghurt, fruit and vegan cake. They serve meat, so we can only rate 4 stars, if possible we would give 5. Regarding the remote location, it is not obvious to find so many excellent vegan menu items.

Pros: lots of great vegan options, big portions, friendly staff

Vegan paradise

We have reserved the Gold Superior room for 1 week, this is room is comfortable and well equipped.
People in the hotel are very kind and thoughtful.

The restaurant of the hotel is just perfect, there is a large variety of excellent vegan and vegetarian meals, we ate 6 times (evenings) at the hotel, and were not able to try all the vegan meals!!
You can also have vegan pizzas and vegan "fondues" thanks to the no-mooh cheese they use.
And don't forget to try the "Vegamisu"!

For breakfast, you can have soja milk and yogurts and home made vegan cakes (+ all the standard things you can find on a breakfast buffet).

So, if you are vegan and in the surroundings, this is definitely your hotel, especially if you travel with your dog :)

Pros: friendly staff, large portions

Cons: too few organic products
