Great Thai Food

Lake County has so few good vegan options, but Chalerm Thai is a standout. Lakeport is lucky to have this place! Lots on the menu is either vegan or veganizable. The fried veggie rolls are possibly the best veggie rolls I’ve ever had at a Thai restaurant. I also tried the Avocado rolls based on other reviews, they were fresh and tasty. The Rad Nar was the only thing that I found questionable. It tasted good, but I wasn’t sure it was supposed to be a soup like they presented it. I’d still order it again though. 😆 Don’t miss this place if you find yourself in Lakeport!

DELICIOUS carefully crafted Thai Food

This place is a GEM! The avocado rolls, the vegan attention to any dish ... the drunken noodles. We like to spend time at a hot springs in the area, and this little Thai place is just a treat, every single time. Very high quality ingredients and thoughtful service.

Pros: consistent quality food

Very delicious vegan options!

Their drunken noodles, spring rolls and Thai iced tea with coconut milk are my go-to, but their Pad-Thai, Tom-Kha and sticky rice with mango are amazing! Highly recommend when in the area.

Pros: Excellent food, Friendly, knowledgeable staff

Cons: Not fully vegan
