Delicious food but no clearly marked vegan options. - Edit
The food in Chakra was amazing but I had to ask specifically what was vegan as nothing on the menu was marked vegan. I was given an allergens list, the separate vegan menu other people have mentioned no longer appears to exist. There was no vegan main course, all veggie mains had milk. So I had to ask for a main to be made vegan. The staff had no problem doing this but it was disappointing that it was not obvious which items were vegan. Having said that the food was great, and the Okra starter was heavenly.

Amazing bottomless brunch - Edit
Visited Chakra for a bottomless brunch consisting of a starter, main, side and unlimited prosecco. My stater was the schezwan corn which was sweetcorn in a garlic crump, which was so delicious. I also had the desi salad and chat patte aloo potato. Some decent veggie options. I wanted to try the vegetable spring rolls but unfortunately they had run out

I can not recommend here enough, we actually came in due to the fact that the food smelt so beautiful from the street when walking past.
Read moreThe food is beautiful and really carefully created, there is also a massive separate vegan menu with lots of different choices on there.
I think it is the best meal I have had all year (and have had for a long time). They cater for non-vegans too which is nice if you want to have a meal with a lot of people who aren’t all vegan. I believe they are looking to move locations to the high street soon so make sure you double check before travelling. There is also a restaurant in Kingston.
The staff are really lovely too and are very attentive.
