Flavorful vegan dishes were as good traditional Puerto Rican ones.

Mofongo with creole sauce & added veggies was delicious and moist. Better than I remember the traditional dish. Vegan options are not listed. You will need to ask, but menu does specify oils used. Bummer could not try gandules/pigeon peas (pork).

Pros: Maduros/tostones cooked well, Mofongo with creole sauce & added veggies, Yuca was delicious & cooked correctly.

Cons: Vegan options not listed, but menu specifies oils, Gandules/Pigeon peas are NOT vegan
