Very unique burger - Edit
I’m sick of all the impossible and beyond burgers. This was a great change of pace with patties containing 20 grams of protein and chock full of mushrooms. Very tasty and friendly service.

Seriously good shrooms - Edit
This place knows mushrooms, and more importantly how to prepare them in wonderfully satisfying ways. Over the course of two visits we had blue oyster mushroom tacos (grilled with garlic and other spices), a lions mane “chicken” sandwich, a smash burger (I don’t remember the type of mushrooms used in this but they were formed into a burger shape that very much had the same texture as a meat based burger), and some buffalo cauliflower bites. All very tasty, and worth going back for next time we are in town. The server took the time to explain the menu selections as well as how the mushrooms were locally grown specifically for their use.

I really hate to pick ONE restaurant as my Vegas favorite, but ChagaRoot is excellent. I’m tired of “fast food vegan” burgers and fries. ChagaRoot mushroom sandwiches and burgers are made with whole mushrooms! And they have milkshakes!

this is definitely some the best vegan food in town!!! Probably in the top 3! Maybe even #1! I love that everything is mushrooms! Such a brilliant idea!!! I got oyster mushroom tacos which were amazing!!! The burgers are exquisite!! Everything is soooo delicious ommggg! Fair prices and great food!!! Love the cute mushroom walls! Makes me want to move back to Vegas Omgg I would eat here everyday I would not be able to control myself 😂

This place is great! Everything was freshly made, and very tasty. I’ve always known that mushrooms are very versatile, but this place takes it to the next level. I had a local friend recommend this place and I’m very glad she did. The mac & cheese was very good, the street corn was very good and the sandwiches we had were also very good. All in all a very good meal. The service was also very friendly.

This was my first time at ChagaRoot. I ordered the lions mane fried chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and my friend had the Chaga Mac Burger and fries. Everything was delicious. Next time I’ll try the tacos. Everything was fresh and if you’re looking for quality mushrooms to buy, they grow and sell their own.

First time I went waited a very long time for my food but went recently and they definitely looked after me! Their plain fries and El Cesar salad are delicious 😋. Staff are efficient and friendly. The manager Maria honored my discount due to the wait from my first visit, which was appreciated. The atmosphere is good, clean and bright. #Veganuary

I had been hesitant to try ChagaRoot because I despise mushrooms! We finally tried it and I absolutely loved it! The burgers don't taste like mushrooms! This was one of the best burgers I've had. (The BBQ burger is insane!) It comes with a side which is a very large side! The fries are soooooo good! Nice and crispy! I cant stand a soggy fry. Also, get a Milkshake! Soooooo good! They're pretty big so my husband and I split one and it was more than enough! We can't wait to go back!!!!! The only downside is it's pretty expensive. Over $50 for 2 burgers (the sides included),and one Milkshake.

Visiting Vegas, looking forward to coming back here! - Edit
I was attending a conference on the Strip, and had to catch an Uber out to ChagaRoot, but it was totally worth the drive! I sampled a burger, salad, and mac and cheese, all delicious. The real showstopper was the "milkshake" - super tasty, very thick and creamy, unlike anything I've had before. I look forward to visiting Vegas again!

This place is awesome. Best place for vegan ice cream vibes in Vegas (milkshakes no scoops) and the chili fries are a 10/10. My bf had the milkshakes two days in a row and he is a omnivorous picky eater. Highly recommend. Tried the burger on the first day was pretty dry wouldn’t repeat. Cauliflower wings were solid and house made ranch is fire.

Great food and the mushrooms they use are home grown. When you check out the different type of mushrooms they use for there burger, very healthy superfoods. From Vitamin D, fiber, inflammation suppression, cell growth, immune boosters, mind clarity, memory, focus, alertness, nerve health and overall brain support, while eating a burger with fries!!! The comfort food of immortality!!!
