Divine Vegan Options - Edit
Looking for a good Indian food spot with vegan options? Look no further than Chast Bistro in Delta Shores. Got lucky and chaat-ed (get it) with the owner Deep and he circled all the items on the menu that can be made vegan. Some have to ask for no yogurt but there’s a TON of options! He’s going to update the menu soon to make it more clear. We got the Yellow Dal Tadka, Mushroom Masala, and Jeera Aloo and it was divine. Piping hot and delicious. Warning they have mild, medium and hot options on all their dishes and we found medium to be pretty dang spicy 🌶️
