茶素集, at 穿山东路22号, is a vegetarian restaurant that opened in 2015 near the big sports center in Guilin. It's by the main road and is next to a bull & matador statue. Serves a variety of Chinese dishes, including hotpots for 2-3 people (can ask to omit egg). The menu has pictures for every dish. A few dishes have milk or egg. Offers tea time 2-5pm which includes all-you-can drink tea plus various dry snacks. Open Mon-Sun 11:30am-9:00pm.
