Can be found behind the buildings to the right of the Rooms To Go within the plaza, near the Fed-Ex office. Open Mon-Fri 11:30am-9:30pm, Sat 1:00pm-9:30pm. Closed Sun.

Vegan friendly desu ka? So desu! - Edit
Cha Cha offers a vegan/vegetarian menu in addition to their main menu, so you can go with non-vegan friends. My go-to is a tofu yakko appetizer (which I save for the ramen), a miso ramen with kale noodles, add corn and minced garlic. My yakko hack - I scoop bites of the cold yakko tofu with scallions & ginger with my ramen spoon into the area of the soup with the scoop of minced garlic. It really makes the ginger flavor pop in the yakko. I also like to have a little sake on the side.
