Well stocked natural foods market - Edit
Although I wasn't doing any cooking in Seville, I found this to be the best spot to stock up on snacks and food for the train. Note they have a restaurant a couple doors down on the same block.

They have many types of veggie products and is quite large. Good if you wanna cook. They sell meat, why not go veg all the way?

A wide variety of products - Edit
Gaia is a great alternative to standard supermarkets like Mercadona or Corte Ingles. I normally buy several products there, the seitan is great, the tofu as well, the organic cereals, the veggies are mostly very good and produced for the most part locally.
Read moreUnfortunately they sell meat and fish, I really don't get why they didn't go for a fully vegetarian shop (after all, the Gaia Restaurant is fully vegetarian).
That said, it's still 100 times better than "normal" shops. Products are organic, and there's a lot of vegan stuff.
Pros: Wide variety of products, All organic stuff

Well stocked shop - Edit
Centro Ecologico Gaia stocks a variety of veg*n and health food staples, plus some sweets (including vegan ones), nutritional supplements, etc. Unfortunately, they also sell meat, so we would prefer to do most of our shopping at a place that does not profit from the suffering of animals. But if you're in the neighborhood and need to do a bit of shopping, this place has most of the basics covered.
