Small health food store that's part of a Swiss chain. In the old town of Lugano, inside a little gallery shop called "Quartiere Maghetti." Some vegetarian and vegan options. No meat or fish sold, but the vitamins are not vegetarian. Open Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:30pm, Sat 9:30am-5:00pm.

Wrong address - Edit
The store is in a small shopping center/mall. The best description for a location I can give is that it is at the intersection of Via Carducci and Via Ger. Vegezzi. It is in the Quartiere Maghetti but the map does not show it there. The address given - Via Lavizzari, 7B - is the location for another health food store - BioMarket - not listed on Happy Cow.

Very tiny place, with a wee bit of organic produce, some tofu, pasta and crackers (some of which are gluten free), nut butters, honey.
Pros: gluten-free stuff, organic produce

A small place, but something vegan is shining... - Edit
A really small place, but with a fairly good attention for vegan food ( mainly to cook). Like in the other Lugano health food store, Biocasa, there is an interesting choice of vegan sweets, rice and soy drinks. Unfortunately here cosmetics and vitamins don't know what the word vegan means...
