No vegan prepared foods

Nothing at the Cafe or prepared foods was vegan today. Staff is not knowledgeable about vegan options or how to alter cafe menu items to ensure they are vegan. Disappointing!

Vegan pot pie and chick’n salad!

They have vegan chicken pot pie, vegan chicken salad, vegan egg salad, vegan egg sandwich in the prepared food refrigerator section! We always get the pot pie! There’s also a gourmet vegan chocolate bar that says “Vegan” on the package, too. So creamy, milky and has bits of toffee in it. Don’t miss it!
In the bakery section, there’s vegan chocolate chip cookie and vegan brownies.
They also carry the Impossible burger ground meat, which is amazing! It’s in the meat refrigerator along with Beyond Meat products.
Another favorite is the food weighed by the lbs, there’s a vegan chicken stir fry (orange chicken), which my son loves!

Pros: Vegan pot pie, Vegan cookies and chocolate, Unique vegan items

Cons: Not nearly enough vegan products, Some are expensive (especially food by the pound)

Essential

My favorite grocery store for my vegan cooking and indulgences. So many vegan foods all across the store from health goods to frozen items like Kite Hill ravioli all the way to a large range of vegan dairy substitutes.!

Pros: Tons of vegan specialties, Large selection of bulk foods

Cons: Can be expensive

Love to Shop Here

Grocery shopping here is so much fun. The atmostphere is warm and inviting. I could get lost for hours and not realize it. There are so many options, and is one of the few stores near me that supplies vegan substitues for cheese, eggs, and milk. The restaurant connected to it is decitant as well.

Pros: Huge selection, Not crowded, Helpful employees

Cons: A little pricey, Restaurant is even more expensive, Can't go upstairs if with a cart

Some vegan friendly items

I shop here for certain things. There are often good prices on produce but limited organics. The bulk section is good and includes some dried soups that I love. "Foodies" are helpful, as well. I once asked about a particular spice in the spice aisle and they directed me to the bulk spice section - much less expensive and much less likely to go stale because you can buy as little as you need. Finally, the prices on some vegan frozen food items are MUCH better than other stores in the area. I wouldn't buy them anywhere else. All in all, a good shopping experience as long as one is selective and willing to go to a couple of stores to complete their shopping.

Pros: good prices on some common items, good bulk section, helpful staff

Cons: high prices on some common items, hideous, blaring music
