Great Option for Vegans and Non-Vegans - Edit
Cencalli just opened in downtown Parker and it’s definitely what we needed.

The margaritas- a MILLION choices are incredible, the homemade chips are close to the best I’ve found here in CO and the salsa and guac were pretty good.
The beans are veggie but i didn’t try them, i got the veggie tacos are naturally vegan and gluten free and were crazy delish.
Definitely a must try as Parker has very few vegan options!
Pros: Price is decent, Good vegan selections, Educated employees
