Update- Unfortunately i have to lower my review with Cencalli. We’ve been here so many times and the last time we came there was meat in my taco. I spoke with the owner who explained that i need to request my tacos be made separately. She was very kind, compd our meal, so i decided to come back. I tried the “vegan” al pastor tacos and explained that they needed to be made on a separate grill. Though if something is labeled vegan it should be made vegan. They brought my tacos plated with meat tacos. I explained again, and they said they’d fix it. They brought back the same tacos, made with the meat tacos but on a separate plate. I explained that i needed the vegan tacos to not be made with meat. They had two chances, i definitely don’t recommend coming here if you’re vegan.

The outdoor seating is perfect for an afternoon or evening date.
The margaritas- a MILLION choices are incredible, the homemade chips are close to the best I’ve found here in CO and the salsa and guac were pretty good.
The beans are veggie but i didn’t try them, i got the veggie tacos are naturally vegan and gluten free and were crazy delish.
Definitely a must try as Parker has very few vegan options!
