Limited vegan options - Edit
I was in the area doing some errands so I gave it a try. It's a gluten free bakery so vegans aren't their target. Other than bread, there was only one vegan option for baked goods, a carrot cake with a cashew-cream filling on whose recipe they are still working. The nice staff explained the situation and offered me a test sample, all very kind and professional from them. I took a piece home and it was fairly good, but indeed there's room for improvement

Pros: organic ingredients, low sugar, really nice and professional staff
Cons: VERY limited vegan options, a bit pricey, butcher's and fishmonger's all over the market
