Not spending my money there again - Edit
I had gone to this Celicioso for the first time 10 years ago. At that time they didn't have that many vegan options, so of course it's great to see that they have expanded their offer, but to be honest the service is so bad and gets worse and worse in each of their stores. This one was the worst. I went there today and the waitress barely looked at me. Then a couple of tourists entered and she said hello to them, ignoring me. I just don't understand how someone can be so unpolite. I'm not expecting a VIP treatment, just a hello. I ended up leaving. You can find on Google Maps many reviews saying the service is simply catastrophic so it seems it's not just me. I would recommend you to save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Read moreNo todo es vegano, pero sí hay opciones dulces como: los cupcakes (aunque se desborronan bastante), las tartas crudiveganas o tartas de chocolate (muy buenas). Los batidos están muy ricos también, pero bastante caros dependiendo la leche o el sabor que elijas.
Además, las opciones veganas suelen ser en modo "sanas", como por ejemplo crudas/raw o sin azúcares, etc.
Por otra parte, me parece que en este local en particular siempre están algo desorganizados respecto a las comandas y te sientes apurado de elegir.
Pros: Todo sin gluten
Cons: No hay tantas opciones veganas, Opciones veganas únicamente "sanas"

I've read so many amazing reviews that my expectations were very high... A 100% gluten-free bakery is hard enough to find and it's even better when they do offer good vegan options. Maybe we didn't pick the right things, maybe we were not in the mood, or maybe it was not up to our usual standards, but we were quite disappointed.
Read moreAs soon as we arrived, we were asked if it was to eat in or take away. Personally I like to have a proper look at the cakes before making my choice but felt rushed to sit down at a table. The service was a bit disorganised, we didn't know if we had to order at the till or not, as nobody came until I got up to enquire.
The cupcake was super dry and the cookie was more than average. I guess this is a good address for coeliacs but not so much for vegans as we found the options quite limited too.

Die sehr freundliche Bedienung erklärt die Optionen, aber es ist auch deklariert, so dass sich die Veganer:innen auch selbst zurechtzufinden. Pflanzenmilch gibt es auch, also ein guter Platz für eine Kaffeepause.

I am not a fan of vegan avocado concoctions. I am not a fan of the pudding made from avocados and filling. They never seem to taste right. This avocado-based chocolate cake had me skeptical. I shouldn't have been. It was decadent--not too sweet, creamy, and delicious. I would like to try more from this gluten-free bakery.

Adoro este lugar. Tienen 3 opciones de leche vegetal, varias tartas (incluso habia una crudivegana) y cupcakes. Mi latte con leche de soja era súper cremoso. Y el personal es amable, profesional y te informan muy bien. Mi primera parada en mis visitas a Madrid😄

Pedimos tostadas y tardaron bastante en servirnos, nos dijeron que habían tenido problemas con la plancha. Pero la verdad q me dió la sensación d q no avanzaban en los pedidos, aunque no dejaban d hacer cosas, pero no estaban bien organizados. Después la verdad que estaba todo muy bueno. It’s not easy to find a good cupcake in Spain, let alone a vegan one, even less a gluten free vegan one!

They also carry soy, almond and oat milk and a delicious assortment of coffees, from a late to a very strong espresso.
I don’t come here for food, only for dessert and coffee.
