Shop with restaurant downstairs

Shop sells bio/organic products and veggies that are used to make the lunch. Normally there are 2 vegan dishes, soup and pie. For each dish, we can choose 4 ingredients, from legumes to salads. The place downstairs is wide with several long tables, but it can get full of people. #Veganuary

Pros: Pleasant area downstairs (wall covered in plants), Friendly and helpful staff, Food quality is good

Cons: Vegan dishes labelled but better to confirm before, Tables are close to each other

Good place for fast meal

The place is nice and cozy and not very busy. It's inside a Celeiro Store which sells bio, veggie, natural food. You can eat a menu with quiche, soup and juice for 5-6 euros and a complete meal with 8-9 euros. #Veganuary

Pros: Cheap and complete, Good vegan options for protein, Good customer service

Cons: Few options, Confuse menu

Do not went to the restaurant! Amazing store!

As always, the store has the most friendly staff! I went to several Celeiro shops all around Portugal, I had in here (in the store) the best experience as a Celeiro costumer! But I was totally disappointed with the restaurant, a very antagonistic staff, not efficient at all. It was very busy so I asked for a take away mushrooms soup, who was TERRIBLE. Not tasty at all, insipid, and if that wasn’t enough, I FOUND A HAIR ON IT! It was a terrible experience, unfortunately, because this is one of my favorites places to eat soup! All the other Celeiros that I went to (Porto, Lisbon-Colombo, Loulé) I had delicious soup! It’s a shame!

Pros: STORE: Friendly Staff, STORE: Great selection of products, STORE: Very Organized

Cons: RESTAURANT: Antagonistic Staff, RESTAURANT: Insipid Soup

Served me non vegan food

I like Celeiro as a store but the restaurant isn't worth eating in. It's really overpriced for boring food that could be easily made at home for a fraction of the cost. Only half of the foods have indication of what they are - we had to ask what the dishes of they day were and after specifically asking for one indicated as vegan we were dismayed to discover it had milk and cheese in it (through eating some). They were apologetic enough, but this shouldn't happen!

Pros: Large servings

Cons: Expensive , Staff are misinformed , Bland food

Good food, happy staff, nice store

The food is good and the staff is friendly, very helpful (store & restaurant).
They serve sort of a buffet. You can take a half or a whole plate and mix up a max amount of the options they have to offer. They usually have the same / similar dishes, that always taste good and fresh juices.
Price is good, especially because you can also opt for the half plate when you are less hungry.

Pros: Good food, Reliable quality, Kind people

Cons: Lot´s of platic packaging for some of the deserts

This store has improved so much!

I used to work in the area and the last time I visited, I was amazed at how this store has grown and improved, proving as well that veganism is getting more and more followers. :) At the very beginning it didn't even have tables. Then it had two or three tables so lunch time was a mission and people often had to buy take aways and either eat outside or stand. Now it has opened a restaurant in the basement, has a LOT of variety in both the food and cosmetics and has become an organic supermarket as well. Congratulations to this store for the improvements and for providing more and more to its customers!

Celeiro Dieta - Republica, Lisbon

I liked it here spoiled only by the estbalishment having a few non veg products. Choice was good and there's a small cafe at the back of the shop. Staff were very helpful.

Surprise!

This is a health shop, but in the basement there is a self-service restaurant! it is very cheap and food is really healty and well cooked. I ate brown rise with a salad and mixed cooked vegetables. All is very good.

Pros: Very cheap!, healthy, in the city center
